Wish House Property Fund (“Fund”) is a real estate focused private equity fund that has invested in residential, hospitality and mixed use development assets at the individual project or at holding level development companies.

Wish House provides strong value addition to its portfolio partners in business development, capital markets strategy, design and project management through its strong in-house team and preferred partnerships.

The Fund has made investments in Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Haryana, and a few leading Tier II cities. The objective of the underlying portfolio companies was to acquire land parcels, develop them into high quality end products and lease/sell them to potential users/acquirers.
